Cocktail Cabinet Single Player Controller Set Up:

Navigate Menu with JoyStick (W,S). Enter with Button 3/6 (C,3) and Trigger Ball into the Playfield with Button 3 (C—holding the button down will increase strength). Toggle Left Flipper with Button 1/4 (Z,1), Right Flipper with Button 2/5 (X,2).
